TOLI is a ministry of profound “before and after” stories.

Around the world, 1 in 10 people live in extreme material poverty, struggling to survive. These are the people TOLI walks alongside – those facing the hardest realities of poverty and instability.

Through local grassroots partners, TOLI Field Staff equip people living in poverty with the practical skills needed to run a business. With small microloans of just $200–$300, clients launch or grow businesses that provide lasting income for their families. With repayment rates exceeding 95%, these entrepreneurs build towards a more stable future while being reminded they are capable, valued, and deeply loved by God. Step by step, clients work and walk with a renewed sense of dignity and hope.
