ASSOCIATE FOR STEWARDSHIP AND ENGAGEMENT
Part-time: up to 20 hours a week
Colorado Springs, CO or Austin, TX preferred, remote US considered
The Associate for Stewardship and Engagement plays a vital role in advancing TOLI’s mission by caring for donors, cultivating new relationships, and creating opportunities for supporters to engage deeply in the ministry. This part-time position blends relational ministry with organizational support – building authentic, prayerful connections with donors, coordinating engagement opportunities (such as prayer initiatives and events), and providing assistance and strategy for fundraising and donor management.
The ideal candidate is both relational and detail-oriented: someone who thrives in a collaborative, cross-cultural environment, communicates with confidence and warmth, and is eager to help strengthen TOLI’s capacity to serve more families around the world.
